Facility Rental, Use, and Reservation

At Pleasant Hill, we believe in opening our campus to the community for memorable gatherings and celebrations. Whether you’re planning a birthday party, wedding, family reunion, or any special event, we are excited to be part of your celebration! 

All requests should be made via email to Keli Bryan at office@pleasanthillumc.com. To ensure a smooth experience, we request facility rental fees and a deposit. Current fees for rental of the gym, dining hall, and kitchen, our fees are as follows:

$300 charge for setup and breakdown of tables and chairs for 20 or more persons.

$50 charge for audio/video setup.

$50 deposit for church members, which will be returned if the space is left clean, with counters wiped down and floors swept.
